We are trading company, plus design company. Most products were designed by our designer and we cooperate with many factories in China.
What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 3 working days for samples if have stocks, at least 1 month for bulk orders. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What is your sample policy?
Samples are available at a cost (sample + shipping). If an order is placed, the sample cost will be deducted from the invoice.
Do you conduct quality inspections on your products?
Yes, we perform quality inspections on 80% of our products before shipment to ensure they meet our high standards.
Can you provide design solutions and on-site installation?
Yes, we offer custom design solutions. For domestic projects, we provide on-site installation. For international orders, we supply products along with detailed installation guides and videos.
